Viceroy offers two elegant private venues:
Bristol Room: a 1300 sq.-ft., banquet-ready reception space for 120 guests, up to 70 guests for a sit down dinner, or up to 40 guests for dinner and dancing. Decorated with luminous blue carpeting and boldly flocked black and white wallpaper, the Bristol Room also offers an adjacent private outdoor patio.

Dorset Room: offering a sunlit indoor space accommodating up to 40 guests for dining or an intimate ceremony, or up to 35 guests for receptions.

Our Poolside Cabanas, draped in sailcloth and appointed with plush banquettes and armchairs, define al fresco chic. With room for up to 20 guests, they are perfect for poolside luncheons or candlelit receptions for engagement parties or pre-wedding welcome receptions for your out of town guests.

Menu: Warren Schwartz, is Executive Chef at Viceroy Santa Monica where his ardor for fresh local provisions and mastery of traditional French techniques is as abundant as Viceroy's stylish decor. Schwartz is responsible for special catering events, menu creation at Whist restaurant, and all kitchen operations at Viceroy.
