"The Viceroy has been my favorite L.A. hotel for some time. I was an old Four Seasons guy for many years but I've been converted. I've been coming out to LA doing Advertising production for over 20 years. The Viceroy has the perfect blend of every thing I need. Great rooms with CD and DVD, 2 line portable phones, great linens and bathrooms. The service is great. I get food and faxes on time and a very helpful front desk. I also like the work out facility. The bar and exterior setting are great for entertaining. Valet Car service is fast even when the bar is full. I hope to stay at the Viceroy again soon and always convert new people. Thanks for providing such a nice environment when I'm out of town."

"I must say, I've stayed all over the place all over the world and loved the Viceroy. The bed was comfy and the service was just incredible. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge to the room service attendants to the bartenders was friendly and great. The service beats any boutique hotel in New York City, that's for sure.
