Market fresh New American cuisine, offering a selection of seafood, steak and specialty dishes including Colorado lamb loin with goat cheese socca, roasted fall vegetables, balsamic red wine reduction; Candy Striped beet salad with Laura Chenel’s goat cheese, puff pastry, arugula, pine nuts, balsamic and extra virgin olive oil; and Tai snapper with butternut squash, rock shrimp, chanterelles, parsley nage and pumpkinseed oil.
Whist – named for an English card game – is a dramatic, modern interpretation of a proper English parlor. Fine English china has migrated from tables to walls for an elegant and stunning decorative focal point: 250 pieces line the restaurant in meticulous rows, fronting a green-mirrored wall that refracts light along their glossy surfaces. Sparkling glass chandeliers are refashioned into pentagonal, Escher-esque sculpture, while custom-designed, silver urn-print wallpaper glows with a scintillating metallic glint. Seating is designed to accommodate every preference, from intimate alcove booths, freestanding tables and banquettes, to inviting outdoor options. Private cabanas in the garden seat up to ten and breathe exclusivity, as well as offer the restaurant's full menu.
